The Phil Wayne Custom Heritage is not only a handmade Work of Art, but an extraordinarily versatile Telecaster. DiMarzio pickups power this tone monster. Beside the traditional 3-way pickup switch (bridge alone / both bridge-neck / neck alone), the custom circuitry by Toto delivers unimaginable sound flexibility that other Telecasters cannot produce. Each pickup is wired through a DPDT 3 way mini switch giving you the options of choosing parallel, split or series mode. The volume Push/Pull pot allows you to reverse the phase of the neck pickup. In addition, the Tone Push/Pull pot offers you a choice of using either a .011 capacitor or .047 capacitor for an overall brighter or darker tone. All in all you have the choice of a possible 28 different sound variations.
